Homes that use a professional photographer for their listing often sell for over market value and sell faster than homes with standard photos.   • Up to 1 hour of on-location photo coverage;

  • Interior & Exterior up to 3000 sq feet;

  • On-line gallery of edited images;

  • Digital download directly from on-line gallery;

  • 24-hour turnaround (often same day)

    *For each additional 1,000 sq feet add $25.00

    *For rush delivery add $25.00

    *For multi-family add $25.00 per unit

Dan McHugh Photography is located in Kingston, MA and specializes in the South Shore and Cape Cod areas of Massachusetts . We may be able to accommodate longer commutes with a potential travel fee.

Home Preparation

We request that the home is ready to be photographed before we arrive.

Typical shoot lasts about one hour at the property. We begin each shoot by conducting a walk-through with agent or owner to identify rooms, spaces and equipment to include as well as which areas should not be photographed.

The homeowner does not need to be present for the photo session, unless the home is for sale by owner.
